Vacation - October 2022

We had a great time staying here.The house was clean, fully equipped and even had some everyday items such as soap and trash bags available to use. The owner was super easy to contact and had a fast response. The heat for the spa included in price was great! We all really enjoyed the pool and the water park. Super close to Disney and Walmart.

Great House and Location - June 2022

The property was in a great location and close to all attractions we intended to visit. The home is spacious. The first night was warm as the temperature was set higher then I was wanting but it was corrected the following morning by the home owner. Thank you for the extra items left in the house. The garage is warm no ac or fans to use when playing pool but manageable if you open garage door. There are a few community rules that are different then vrbo homes I have rented in past but understandable due to the homeowners and home rentals in the area. I want to thank you for the use of your home.

Thanks Mike, you're very welcome and I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay. You are right, we do have a strict HOA, which includes quiet hours after 11pm, gated guard controlled access to the community and for both of which I am also very grateful as it helps to keep our community family friendly.

Couldn’t have selected a better place for my family to stay during our Disney vacation. Property is well maintained, Natasha was a great host! The pool and hot tub were perfect for the end of the day. Hope we can stay there again!

Excellent Property Super Close to Disney - February 2022

We went to Disney with friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. This house was in a really nice neighborhood super close to all the parks. There were 5 great bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms, and one queen bedroom downstairs with a full bath. Two huge living areas with TVs, and a lovely pool and in ground hot tub. The house was SUPER clean (we are a group of nurses so we have high standards for that) with comfy beds and accommodations throughout.

We did have some trouble figuring out the cable tv (turned out the remotes got mixed up around the house by the previous guests somehow) but the owner and the in town management service was SO responsive and helpful! Despite living in London, (5 hours ahead) the owner responded very quickly and the maintenance team was very easy to work with. They fixed our tv issues without disrupting our vacation plans in the slightest. The checkout process was also very easy. Just a few minor things to do, not a page long checklist like some rentals.

The ONLY drawback to this house is that it’s in a very strictly gated community. That’s great for security, but it can be really hard to get an Uber should you need one. Overall we would 💯 stay here again. The house was beautiful, had a great pool (there is also a community pool with water slides etc) and the owner and maintenance staff are top notch! We are very picky, and we would highly recommend this property. Thanks Natasha!

Thank you for the wonderful review it is truly appreciated.  We have now labeled each remote control and each TV to make it easier for guests to use.  The resort gate house has implemented a new system to process Ubers, but it is best to tell them to use the gatehouse in the notes field otherwise they try to enter the resort through the back gate which isn't permitted.

Beautiful home clean, spacious, fully equipped - March 2018

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for us all with 5 adults and 4 children we never felt over crowded. Disney and universal was just a short hop away which was fantastic as we were back and forth often. I would highly recommend this property in fact I already have. I would definitely stay again.

Great house for large groups! Great location to Disney! - October 2017

I rented this house for my sisters and I and our daughters to have a adult Disney vacation. With 7 grown women this suited our needs! With 6 bedrooms and four bathrooms it made getting ready each morning so easy! The house was lovely and it a great location for us to get back and forth to Disney World! Would definitely rent this house again,and recommend it to anyone else with a large group to rent! Easy access and property owner very easy to work with!

Beautiful home, great pool area, perfect location - September 2017
This house is exactly as it is pictured. It’s nicely decorated, clean. It’s great having a family room and a living room/dining room. The pool area is spacious and the hot tub was great. Natasha did everything she could to make sure we have a wonderful stay.

The location is perfect. It’s in a gated community and it was easy to get in and out. It’s very near Disney and lots of shops and restaurants.

I would definitely come back here again. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to be staying in the Orlando area.

Exceeded expectations - March 2017
Home was immaculate as depicted in the photos. Pool was spectacular. (Pool heat was already activated upon our arrival.) Management was quick to respond to our inquiries. Great stay!
